How to use / FAQ

Fill in your business and client details, add your line items, and set a tax rate or discount — the invoice preview and totals update as you type. When it looks right, click Download PDF and save it from your browser's print dialog. Everything stays on your device; nothing is uploaded or stored.

How do I save the invoice as a PDF?

Click Download PDF. Your browser's print dialog opens with the invoice laid out on its own — choose "Save as PDF" as the destination (or print to paper). The rest of the page is hidden automatically, so you get a clean, single-document invoice.

How are the totals calculated?

Each line's amount is quantity × unit price. Those add up to the subtotal; any discount percentage is taken off the subtotal, and the tax rate is then applied to the discounted amount to give the final total. Everything recalculates instantly as you edit.

Can I use my own currency?

Yes. Pick from the currency dropdown and every amount reformats accordingly, including the correct symbol and decimal convention.

Is my invoice data saved or sent anywhere?

No. The invoice is built entirely in your browser and isn't uploaded or stored — closing the tab clears it. For your records, save the PDF you generate.
